EtalonSoft is a San Diego based software company specializing in high quality software development for desktops and handheld devices. EtalonSoft was started in June, 2001 with the mission of creating quality software that sets the standard for future development, hence the name "EtalonSoft". The word "Etalon" is French for a standard or marker used to develop other products.

The list of products include a great set of utilities that are a must for every serious computer user. One of these is WinTree, a powerful file manager. It is similar to Windows Explorer but with a lot more features such as comparison of directories and find and replace in multiple files.
